• People who sit for long hours at desks or computers.
• People suffering from tension or injury-related pains.
• People living and working below their inherent potential.

• People in every age group- from infants to seniors
Who is the founder Ida P. Rolf?
Rolfing is the original, scientifically validated system of physical restructuring and movement education developed by Ida P. Rolf, PhD.
“So many therapists are striking at the pattern of disease instead of supporting the pattern of health. Rolfers are not practitioners curing disease, they are specialists in health. They are giving their attention to the better working of people’s minds and bodies.” — Ida P. Rolf, PhD
What makes this process different from other healing modalities?
The Rolfing technique is a system for integrating the human physical structure. It is a form of connective tissue (fascial) manipulation and education and is based on the fact that the body is plastic or changeable and/or malleable. This quality of plasticity enables the human body to be anatomically ordered, thus lengthened and centered along its vertical axis.
Rolfing is a system of soft tissue manipulation that is designed to sequentially and systematically align the major segments of the body in a vertical balanced relationship.
